Die Jerk Blocks SQMIZE® JBR36 bestehen jeweils aus 4 einzelnen massiven Holzblöcken. Präzise Maße sorgen für eine komfortable Stapelbarkeit und eine feste Verbindung. Die Abwurfplatte weist eine Höhe von 7 cm auf. Es folgen die Blöcke in den Höhen 15, 30 und 38 cm. Sie sind bis zu einer Höhe von 90 cm frei kombinierbar. Die massive Multiplexholzkonstruktion ist für das professionelle Training konzipiert. Die Jerk Blocks sind bis über 500 kg belastbar und extrem standsicher. Die Höhe kann auf Wunsch von 90 auf 104 cm erhöht werden. Dafür stehen die Erweiterungsmodule JBR-AO optional bereit.
